The reception for the famous pianist Eugen Indjic, who last night had a concert at the Performance Hall of Kragujevac First Grammar School that was welcome by the audience that enjoyed in the best music event, was organized by Aleksandar Stajn Mayor ‘s Assistant for Internal and International Cooperation. The reception was attended by the representatives of the Association Covivium Musicum, together with Dubravka Jovicic ex Dean of the Faculty of Music in Belgrade.
Eugen Indjic concert is held within the concert season Covivium Musicum ’19 in the organization of the Association supported by the City of Kragujevac and the Ministry of Culture and Information with the assistance of the Faculty of Philology and Art, School of Music Dr Miloje Milojevic and the Music Centre of Kragujevac. I am having a wonderful and positive impressions from the concert in the First Grammar School. Wonderful hall, lovely audience, educated in the sense of music. I am very surprised I have not expected that I myself would enjoy the performance so much. When you feel that the audience is listening to you and understands you then you even play better. I enjoy performing at smaller cities because people are less stressed there and that is felt always said Maestro Eugen Indjic, the holder of the number of international recognitions and awards, the superb artist who performed on the stages of the most prestigious venues worldwide
The Concert of the Maestro Eugen Indjic enhanced the position of Kragujevac on the International cultural and art map, said Aleksandar Stajn, Mayor ‘s Assistant for Internal and International Cooperation expressing the pleasure of Kragujevac to host the famous pianist and be with Belgrade the only two cities in Serbia where he preformed. As a modern city Kragujevac has all necessary infrastructure to support the world class artists in different fields and we make all efforts to provide for the audience quality art events such was the concert in First Grammar School, added Stajn.
Long term cooperation of the City of Kragujevac and FILUM resulted in cooperation with the Association Covivium Musicum that enabled the performance of the famous pianist in Kragujevac, explained PhD Dubravka Jovicic the professor and one of the organizers and selectors of the International Jeunesses Musicales for the piano. According to her Maestro Indjic at this year competition will be the selector and president of the jury. The honorable doctorate is awarded to Eugen Indjic by the University of Art of Belgrade.
