Mayor of Kragujevac, Radomir Nikolic with his associates organized traditional October reception for the delegations and invitees at the City Hall, today.
Every October Kragujevac revives the memory of the executed pupils taken from their schoolrooms along with several thousand of innocent civilians that went to history, poems and songs. It revives the memory of the survived, the one who lost their children, fathers, brothers and friends. Kragujevac each October appeal for peace and sends the message that such atrocity never ever is committed again. Each October we open our doors to our friends with whom we honour their memory and share our pain with but also our faith in future, peace and life, said in his address the Mayor Radomir Nikolic.
Before the Great School Class the Reception was held for the Delegations of the Embassies of Slovakia, Germany Israel, Palestine, Belarus, Czech Republic, France and Russia, representatives of twin cities of Ingolstadt, Pistesti, Kozarska Dubica, Prijedor and Ostra Luka, as well as the representatives of the public and political life of the City .
